The blanking interval is the total of Front Porch (FP), Sync and Back Porch (BP).
Enter as many sync and blanking times as possible.
The ratios can be used to divide the blanking interval among these three sections.

If the "automatic 4x3 ratio" is checked then the vertical size is set based on the horizontal pixel parameter.
